#553 Slow packing of zip files

I do not know why, but there is a really slow
implementation to add zip files into an archive.

I have tested it in comparison with Total Commander
zip plugin. And the same files Total Commander
compress with -9 compression ratio in about one minute
(1-1,20) and 7zip (with 'best' ratio) try to compress
in about 3,5-4! (and the filesize is about the same).

The same situation exists when compresing in -6 ratio
(and normal in 7zip).

So there is no comparison in that way TC is
incomparably much faster.

Why it happends?
