#1695 Show the password prompt dialog in the Windows Taskbar

Hello Igor,

Thank you for developing such a great tool.

I would like to suggest a small quality-of-life improvement regarding the password prompt dialog.

The Problem:
When opening a password-protected archive, the password input dialog pops up. However, if a user needs to open a password manager or another window to copy the password, the 7-Zip password dialog gets hidden behind other windows. Currently, this dialog does not appear as a separate icon in the Windows Taskbar, making it difficult to switch back to it. Users have to minimize other apps or use Alt+Tab repeatedly to find the hidden prompt.

Proposed Solution:
Please make the password input dialog visible in the Windows Taskbar as a separate item, or link it directly to the main 7-Zip taskbar icon so users can easily click and bring it back to the foreground.
