#1694 Add the function to unlock 7-zip.dll to Uninstall.exe
Sometimes the explorer blocks 7-zip.dll, so after deleting 7-zip, the 7-zip folder with the 7-zip.dll file remains.
Restarting the explorer or computer solves the problem; the 7-zip folder can be deleted manually.
Please add the function to unlock 7-zip.dll to Uninstall.exe.
