#1673 Longer path and filenames in extraction dialog window

Currently the extraction dialog shortens both path and filename to an arbitrary length without using the space that would be available with the window. Think of me resizing the window during a long enduring extraction but still not seeing the whole paths and filenames because they are still shortened with "..." inbetween.

And, if shortening, use the Unicode symbol U+2026 instead of three separate dot characters. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ellipsis#Unicode

Probably you the window was small before.
7-zip will update it if file will be changed.
