#1656 Add to File Manager

please add to the file manager:
- hotkey F8 for Delete, for Add buttons. Extract. Test. Info.
- names of hotkeys to the command name. (F5 copy, F6 move, and for other buttons)
- clearing history in Alt+F12

hotkey for Delete is "Delete"
we don't need F5/F6 information, because users can remember the most popular simple commands.
Alt+F12 / Ctrl + A / Delete to clear history.

@ipavlov, it would be convenient to make clearing history with one button, including in the registry
