Wouldn't this was Compressed ISO (CSO) or Compact ISO (CISO)? Since I might get confused about this.

I have added support for ciso files to my Iso7z plugin: https://www.tc4shell.com/en/7zip/iso7z/

(The ciso format is quite complicated, so I only implemented the features that allow you to open your sample. If the plugin will not open other files, then just give me samples to test and I will improve the plugin)

I fixed several critical bugs in the CISO handler. It now supports all CISO features except multi-volume and encryption.
