Used base from Toño Calo (aka enfeitizador) and previous translators. Because I created Colombian Spanish language but only minor fixes and some text have been changed.

My idea: After I tried WinRAR Colombian Spanish language, they have it. But I tried it on Version 6.02 which it was last support for Windows XP, then I decided to change some text from Toño Calo base.

Because there are slightly different text for Colombian Spanish language in WinRAR. Therefore, it might takes to complete this which it may get hard for me.

I hope you like it.
