The original one was outdated, so I used the English base file (en.ttt) and modified some strings.
The reason I made British English to change some text,
While the British English is not present, it only stays English (English) language. However, some strings uses American English in which we compared like this:
Instead of the string changes, I made following this comparison:
Are you sure you want to cancel? -> Do you really want to Cancel?
** This way it will matches from ImgBurn like that if you cancel during compressing, or extracting, moving files, checksum CRC, and more.
2 Panels -> Two Panels
** Instead using numbers, it has been changed as Two Panels.
All users -> All Users
** Fixed as uppercase as it will matches from Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003.
Even several changes:
Unsupported archive type -> Archive type is not supported!
** Goes matches like from ImgBurn.
File '{0}' was modified.\nDo you want to update it in the archive? -> File '{0}' was modified.\nWould you like me to update it in the archive?
** An message shows that changes just like ImgBurn, saying that "Would you like me..." rather than "Do you want to..."
You must select one file -> You must select one file!
Above all these select file or more files, or even many items, It also added exclamation mark, matching from ImgBurn did.
During in Confirm File Replace dialog, there is a button Auto Rename, which it has been changed full string:
Instead for that, there are some strings that I made updated for British English. If you're interested this language, I hope you like it.
Thanks.
I also added attachment about screenshot that shows Compare British English translation, which I'm using WinMerge.

** Cannot find more than one part of split file -> We couldn't find more than one part of split file.
** Are you sure you want to copy files to archive? -> Do you want to copy files to archive?
** Destination folder already contains processed file. -> The destination folder already contains processed file.

I don't want additional language files in 7-Zip, if we have some translation file already. Most users will not change the file manually in options, if they have working version already, as I suppose.
Is there "British English" localization for Windows instead of basic "English version" of Windows?
Correct, Windows 8 introduced English (United Kingdom) language, under name en-GB Language code.
Earlier than Windows 7, they don't have English (United Kingdom), and some words are not same in the USA English.
So to be fair, English (English) is the default language, because it is English (United States).
In some cases, there are various words different:
* Favorites -> Favourites
The fact the word are added "u" in the British English, this means it is different than English (US).

Country/region strings
5 Appendix A: Product Behavior
If you're looking about Windows 8, they have English (United Kingdom) Language. that is released back in 2012.
