Hello - thanks for 7-zip.
When multiple compressed files are selected at once, 7-zip has an

*extract to "\" *

feature that allows each file to be extracted to it's own named folder.
e.g. if we have files names as:

hello1.zip
hello2.7z
hello3.rar
hello4.rar
hello5.iso
et al

we can select all of them and use the extract to "\" feature and the contents of each file will get extracted to 5 separate individual folders named

hello1
hello2
hello3
hello4
hello5
et al

I request a feature that works the similar way, but for compressing/adding to archives.
Currently if there are folders named

hello1
hello2
hello3
hello4
hello5
et al

and the user selects them all, the user can only " add to archive... " that will create one archive that contains all those folders. This is useful.
But it would be nice to also be able to choose a

add to archive "*\"

and then 7-zip would automagically add each folder and its contents to its own separate archive, like

hello1.7z
hello2.7z
hello3.7z
hello4.7z
hello5.7z
et al

=============================

Another feature I request is a " delete after extract/archive "
so that the selected 'original' file(s)/folder(s) that are being extracted or archived will be deleted by 7-zip once 7-zip has completed the operation.

Thank you for reading.
