#1316 7-Zip desperately needs custom presets.

Hi!

Without presets I have to keep in mind many settings and always need to re-set them when I change between compression tasks.
I for example use 7z in three different modes.

1. Store files without compression. (1b. also encrypt files)
2. Use fastest preset. (but non-solid, which is not default)
3. Customized for best compression. As much as my system can handle. The memory is the limiting factor.

I always use non-solid which isn't the default in any of the compression levels. It's quite frustrating with solid blocks, when you only want to quickly extract a small text file form a large archive and it takes a lot of time.
