Now when files are extracted their creating date, edited date are set to current time despite in archive they could have their own dates, an option to preserve those would be very nice.
Check the help file for details but timestamps may be preserved by setting a few parameters. TC or TA for created or accessed.
However, editing the archive internally, such as append "-1" to a file's name, will strip the archive of the timestamps. In fact, if you choose to edit the filename and decide against it, the timestamps are stripped to default.
Clearly, a "bug."
Tested on 9.32α

I found out how to set TC & TA when creating an archive but there is no place for entering those when clicking "extract".
Had few zip archives extracted with 7zip and this damn thing erased all my timestamps on files ;_;

I feel your pain…
The hard part is already done. If you just right-click and under 7-zip, extract here/to, it should perform as expected.
Please note the caveat stated before.
