I am using 7zip 18.05 (x64) and trying to open the archive, which is encrypted with "pkAES-256-Cert Deflate" method, but I receive a message "Unsupported Compression Method" . As I understand, the file is encrypted with PKWAre Secure Zip. Could you please advise if the newer versions of 7zip are able to action the below for the mentioned file type:
1) Open the archive
2) Extract the files
3) Create file with the same encryption method
If any additional information is required to assist with the query, please kindly let me know.
Thank you in advance!

Maybe 7-Zip doesn't support some pkAES encription methods.
These pkAES methods are not so simple.
So some features were not implemented in 7-zip.
Hi Igor,
Thank you for the excellent job, great product!
Has the situation chaned with the support of this method? I mean pkAES-256-Cert Deflate.
I have no examples of such archives.
If you can create small examples, I can look it.
Sent you a private message with the details.
Thank you for looking into it!
What password for for that file?

It's difficult to add support for pkzip certifacate method in 7-Zip now.
It uses 3DES, that was not implemented in 7-Zip.
Is it something you might need some help with?
