I am using beta 4.09 of 7za.exe under the Take Command/32 shell on Windows NT 4.
I have found that the file exclusion switch is ignored when I use absolute path names for the files to compress. For example,
7za.exe a -x!*.bak 7Test c:\data\*
will include all of the .bak files in the archive. If I change to the c:\data\ directory and run
7za.exe a -x!*.bak 7Test *
the .bak files are excluded, ie the expected result.
Am I missing something?
