I have a ZIP file containing the following folder structure:
FILE.ZIP
->BaseFolder
-->SubFolder1
-->SubFolder2
-->SubFolder3

When I extract this ZIP file, I want to either have it rename BaseFolder to Extract or skip the BaseFolder and begin extraction at the child level.  Basically, I want "7z x FILE.ZIP -oExtract" to result in:
->Extract
-->SubFolder1
-->SubFolder2
-->SubFolder3

I realize that I could perform a two-step process of extracting the archive as-is and then manipulating the folder structure afterwards.  However, due to the large number of archive files that I am processing, I want to avoid that extra overhead.  Any ideas?
