I have downloaded a program (.exe file containing SFX) from my WebSite and when I want to execute it, Windows 8.1 SmartScreen prevent executing it. I don't know if the problem comes from SFX or from executing an .exe file downloaded from a site. Norton prevents too.
Is it necessary to get a code signing certificate ? or it depends of the number of download approved
When we download 7zip .exe file, there is no problem.
