Where are the source for creating 7zS2.sfx in lzma sdk I succeded compile the project \lzma1512\C\Util\SfxSetup but the size is about 500Ko

I used Visual Studio 6 compiler with linking to msvcrt.dll. So file was small. New versions of VS need static linking for CRT. So files are larger.
