I have an archive that stores a file written in Cyrillic. When I try to unpack it with Client7z or a new 7Zip, I get this 稪.7z. And the name was Мемчики.7z. What could be the problem? Maybe in the codec of the file name, or something else?

When I try to unzip the zip archive, which contains files or folders with the name of Cyrillic characters, I open the crackers. What should I do? What is the problem?

look how 7-zip program extracts it.
Zip codepage encoding is compilcated thing in some cases, because zip format has no information what code page is used, if there is no utf-8 fields.
Different zip packers use different schemes.
And it's difficult to support all cases, because there are many packer schemes.

If necessary, I can save the archive. Should I?

I used 7zip and Client7z for unpacking. Both give out crabs. The archive has the CP866 codec inside it
