Use 7-Zip 15.11 Win x64

Try:

Extract to "MPC-HC.1.7.10.x86\"

should create: MPC-HC.1.7.10.x86\MPC-HC.1.7.10.x86..
because archive consist "MPC-HC.1.7.10.x86" folder

but works the same as: Extract here

It uses "Eliminate duplication of root folder" feature.
If you don't like that feature, you can call "Extract files ..." item.

Please add checkbox: "Eliminate duplication of root folder"
to Options >> Settings
...because now this feature creates confusion.
