After Unpacking, Program Does Not Open

after unpacking a RAR program, i am unable to get the program to open
i use xp pro and 7-Zip 4.57
any advice would be great.
I have downloaded the program (64 bit) but unaware how to open/access - program shows in installed programs folder - but no icon on desktop - or idea how to access - Windows 10 - 64 bit - program installed is 70zip 19.00 (x64) - want to add icon to desktop

I have now managed to creat a desktop icon - but how do I open the program - everything I click on says "not supported"!!??
7zFM.exe is the GUI, which is probably what you're looking for.
