Anyways, I was wondering if it would be possible to create a version of 7-zip which always creates the same result, like TorrentZip?
Why you ask? Well the BitTorrent community needs a good compression tool that can be used on the same file on different PCs and TorrentZip doesn't support files larger than 4GB.
This would be an awesome addition to 7-zip imo. Please consider it.

The only way a program could constantly create the SAME EXACT binary file in a zip, is by using a compression codec that never changes. Obviously 7-Zip would have to contain a special codec just for this "Torrent Compression" feature.
It's not a bad idea per se, but realize that once this feature is created, it will never improve.
PS: I don't really see the point of separate people having to independently recreate the same torrent source. If a torrent dies, what's so wrong with simply re-zipping the data and creating a new Torrent. Torrent trackers will eventually remove dead torrents, and only your new one would appear. I mean, I really doubt the point of the torrent format was so that your .torrent file could live forever.
