I need pack some byte-to-byte duplicates bigger than dictionary size (>1Gb each).
RAR5 can find duplicates and link them. How can I do this in 7zip?

You can pack to wim archive without compression in 7-zip.
Then you can compress that wim file to 7z or xz file.

Or you can try wimlib instead of 7-zip. It can compress to wim.

Can't use archive-in-archive combinations for some reasons.
Is there any solution for normal 7z files? Any additional filter or something else...

I don't know about such filters.
7-zip can use 1.5 GB dictionary now and maybe 4 GB in future (if it will be implemented).
Can such big dictionary help you?

No. I've tried different solutions. Linking is the only solution for me.
May be, you can add this feature to next version of 7-Zip?

I'm not ready to implement such feature now.
