    When I run 7zG.exe, I can switch it to background mode.
    Is it able to do via command line? Something about -bkg… (It is able for 7z.exe too?)

    It's actual for me too: run background minimized or better in tray.

    All these features are must have for me!
    - create custom compression methods to run from context menu (e.g. "archive and delete")
    - option to run always in background
    - wait for other archive/extract jobs before starting processing new one if there is already one running

      I also want these features, but as history of 7-zip tells us these features will never be available in official 7-zip because 7-zip is never tried to be more user friendly it has always tried to support more formats rather then becoming more user friendly by adding these and other requested features.
