.ax files are renamed dll files and as such would benefit from bcj. Small test:
.ax = 2611120
no bcj2 = 679775
bcj2 = 647833
Indeed, there are file extensions which can be ordinary PE files (MZ-stub + PE-binary), AX, DLL, EXE, TLB, presumably more.
Ignoring the NE vs. PE detail, FON also begins with an MZ-stub, but EXE compression tricks won't help for fonts ;-)
