I know Igor's primary goal is to push 7z and its LZMA2 compressor, but I'd really love to see some love for ZPAQ and ARC formats in 7zip. They are both open formats with some pretty damn good results and they can be done by anyone in both directions, compression and decompression. ZPAQ is from my experience superior to any other compressor (yeah, eve LZMA2 as far as compression alone goes) and with powerful hardware today, I can get pretty decent speed from it. It's a 6 core, 12 threads at 4.5GHz monster with 32GB RAM but still, it's a reality usable by mortals these days. So, seeing support for it in my favorite archiver would be nice.
