An application called 7-Zip for Windows is available on the microsoft store

There are no official 7-zip in Microsft Store.
There are couples of Unofficial versions.
But I don't test them and I can't say how safe they are.
Also there is NanaZip program that is also 7-Zip based.
The good thing for NanaZip that it's open source:
