Good morning. I've been using 7zip for a while now with no problem to download zipped files from the internet. I downloaded the newest version of 7zip and am now getting this message when I attempt to open a zipped file I've downloaded:

    Unsupported command:
    C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\JP5UH2XS\Messages.zip

Any help on this issue would be much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Donna

Probably you have associated the program 7zg.exe for zip files.
But you need to associate 7zFM.exe instead.
    Run 7-zip / menu / Tools / Options / System.
And click at raw for "zip" at your user's name column, and press Apply.

Or click Explorer's context menu for zip file / Open with / Choose program / 7-Zip File Manager and select "Always use selected program.." option..

Hi, I'm having the same issue but there is no raw in the list? The closest one is rar. Additionally, I don't see a explorers context menu when I click on the file and I'm not sure how to get into it for the second option

I had this issue to pen a jar on Windows 10. I solved it by changin "open it with" from "7zip GUI.exe" to "7Zip FM.exe"
