7-zip.dll works in Explorer.
7-Zip File Manager doesn't load 7-zip.dll. It uses same code as 7-zip.dll but that code is included in 7zFM.exe. So 7zFM.exe contains also that icon.

It's icon for context menu.
Same icon in 7-Zip's context menu in Explorer (7-zip.dll).
