I have an archive which contains an empty folder, when I run this command, it'll not extract the empty folder in the archive, but everything else will get extracted. Any idea?
"c:\Program Files\7-Zip\7z.exe" x c:\archives\test.zip -ir!*.* -oc:\archives\test -y

have you tried without the trailing *.*? Iirc it specifies files that have an ending (for instance image.jpg). If you want to extract all files and folders with 7-zip write only * in your commandline.
