In Windows 98 SE, Switching language does not use
the respective font on the menus installed in the
operating system on the menus and dialogues, without
using the selected language version of Windows. (eg:
Switching 7-Zip language to Simplified Chinese does not
cause 7-Zip to use Simplied Chinese fonts in Traditional
Chinese Windows).

In Windows 2000 I see Simplified Chinese after
    installing Simplified Chinese fonts.

Actually I don't understand exactly that font using stuff.
So I don't want to spend time for it now.

I doubt menu texts need a lot of code page translation
though, since the source texts are in UTF-8. I think what
shows up in the menu depends on Windows version. In
Windows NT everything works fine, but for Win95/98/Me is a
little tricky. First of all, the application must register itself as
Unicode application instead of ANSI. Secondly, you need
Microsoft Layer for Unicode to run such application. Thirdly,
even with both of the above ready, I suspect LGPL
requirement may prevent the use of such solution (doesn't
seem to affect Openoffice though). Finally, even when 7-Zip's
licencing issue is solved, the same couldn't be said about the
MSLU, which Microsoft won't put it around for long, like what
happened to the free web fonts and the Ariel Unicode MS.
