If the 'packed size' column is shown in an uncompressed file
systems, it gives users wrong impression to users that they
are working inside an archive when it is not the case.

If u use 7-zip to browse a directory that contains for
example zip files, the column "size" will show the zip
file's size. The problem is that the column "packed size"
shows the exact same size as the "size" column. If they are
the same size then the file must be "stored" but it isnt.
Either leave the "packed size" column empty or display the
sum of actual compressed file sizes for the file.

This is still a bug. It hasn't gone away...
