The detailed view of the File Manager shows file times
such as modifcation time in a built-in format instead
of the system defined format (short date in Regional
Settings of the control panel).
ipavlov: While you may prefer ISO 8601-style date/time formatting, different standards are used in every region of the world. 7-Zip looks unusual when it does not respect the user's local standard.
I suggest that 7-Zip use the Windows settings by default. The user can change Windows via the control panel if he wants to use ISO 8601.
You could also add a configurable option to ignore the Windows settings and force the ISO 8601 format. However, I would leave this disabled by default.

7-Zip uses international standard for showing
date/time.
I think it's better than settings in windows
