#86 Shortcut keys not translatable

In 7-Zip 2.30 Beta 28, on Win XP

The shortcut keys that appears in the menus of the File
Manager are not translatable in Lang\*.txt

So on 7-Zip configured as french, the shortcut keys
still appears in english ("Del" instead of "Suppr" for
example).

I think that the most keyboards use english words.

This is not the case in France: the labels on the keys are
"Verr Num" (Num Lock), "Arrt dfil" (Scroll Lock), "Suppr"
(Del), "Echap" (Escape), "Fin" (End), "Entre" (Enter).

But more importantly, all the Microsoft applications and
documentations use the french names.
