#841 4.57: panels overlap after being closed in minimized state

Initial conditions:
- 2 panel mode is active (View/2 Panels is checked).
- WinXP.

Procedure:
- minimize the 7-zip window.
- right-click on the 7-zip button on the taskbar and choose Close
- start 7-zip again.

Effect:
- the 2nd panel uses the whole client area obscuring the 1st panel.
- the splitter is at the very left of the window.
