4.57 4.58 beta x64 7zip does not use threading with LZMA

Whether executing from the command line or from the GUI, 7zip will not use more than one core to compress or decompress when using LZMA.
When using Bzip2 it will use up to all 8 threads.
Also, when specifying -mt=2 or -mt=on on the command line, the error will be returned: 'The parameter is incorrect', when according to the documentation these should be valid options (even though mt=on is the default).
