When I try to launch the menu entry Tools/Options in the 7-Zip file manager on a Win95 computer, nothing happens. I tried with 7-Zip 2.30 Beta 25 and Beta 26.

7-Zip has no full support in Win95. You can try to install comctl32.dll or IE5. But I'm not sure that it can help.
