On Win95, the installer does not add a correct link in
the start menu to the target files

Neither did it add a correct link in start menu on my
Win2000Pro system.
It turned out it added it for Administrator, but not for
"All Users".

Yes, I think that the problem is that it only installs for
the administrator who ran the installation, not for everyone :(
