When 'Integrate 7-zip to shell context menu' is
unchecked, 7-zip.dll is not unloaded from memory,
requiring logging out for uninstallation to complete.
7-zip.dll should be unloaded from memory when
'Integrate 7-zip to shell context menu' is unchecked,
or during uninstallation.
