#330 7ZFM shows inconsistent extract dialogs

When pressing extract button by highlighting an
archive, an extract dialogue is shown. However, if you
press extract button while viewing inside an archive, a
copy dialogue is shown instead. This created following
problems:

1. The behaviour is inconsistent, even though the goal
of both actions is to extract files from archive.

2. In 'Copy' dialogue, if you do not enter backslash
character at the end of 'Copy to' text box, extraction
does not occur. Message 'cannot open output file xxxx'
is shown instead. However, such problem does not occur
in 'Extract' dialogue.

Regardless of viewing inside or outside an archive,
pressing extract button should always show 'Extract'
dialogue.
