#298 Too demanding file open mode

I often get "The process cannot access the file because
it is being used by another process" error from 7-zip when
I try to make backup of running software - but other
utilities, and standard copy, works fine.

7-zip apparently tries to open its input files in exclusive
mode or something? I think shared read mode would make
more sense - it isn't supposed to do anything except
reading the files, after all.
