#289 4.09 frontend interface bugs

1. Shift+Home/End does not extend file selection to the
beginning/end of the list of files in the panel.

2. Dragging mouse pointed within a panel does not
change the amount of file being selected. As a result,
when 2 panels mode is enabled, holding mouse button on
the panel without highlighted file does not cause files
in the panel to be selected.

3. After opening file within archive, the row contains
the file being opened has its column texts (except file
name) missing.
