.tgz extension cannot be associated from GUI

It is great that 7-Zip can open directly .tgz files!
However, what is missing from the GUI is being able to
associate .tgz files with 7-Zip.

The work-around is extremely simple: change the Windows
registry for .tgz and set it to "7-Zip.gz".
