#2680 Visual bug with text overlaping the progress bar

Visibility bug where if you make the window smaller the text overlaps the existing progress bar.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Open 7-Zip File Manager and start a file operation (copy/extract/compress) that shows the progress bar
2. Resize the window to a smaller width/height
3. Observe the text overlapping the progress bar
