#266 "Send to" not working

Using 4.09 beta file mgr under Windows ME. I set the
option to show the system menu on so that I could
select a file to send via email, create a desktop
shortcut, etc, using the "Send To". But it doesn't
work. The only option under "Send To" is another "Send
To", which does nothing.
