#264 Cannot remove/move/delete installer

I downloaded the 4.09b version of 7Zip to 'My
Documents' After doing so I relised that this was not
where I keep program backups.

"No big deal, I'll just move it when its finished" I
thought.

Wrong, the installer would not let me do anything but
run it, which was only attempted after several methods
of trying to change its location.
I eventually had to load a CommandPrompt-Safe-Mode and
use the 'del' command to get rid of it.

I got two types of messages:

"ERROR: This file is in use by another application"

"ERROR: Unknown command 0x??????????????"

Pity, I have a commandline version of an old copy of
7zip (or at least an extractor) and rather liked its
compression ratio. However i'm not about to have
something that restricts my access to a file.
