#257 'New...' menu item gets removed with 7-zip!

Hi,

I've got Windows 98 SE, and I've had to reinstall it
several times because for some reason, when I activate
context-menus for Explorer in 7-zip, the 'New...'
submenu gets deleted from the list of menu items in
explorer! You know when you right click, select 'New..'
(or whatever I forget what its called exactly) then
click 'Folder' or 'text document' or whatever? I can't do
that anymore!

I am not blaming you or wishing death apon the
developers or anything, just informing that I feel
unsecure using 7-zip again unless you can confirm this
bug is fixed.
