#2480 Pressing Shift+Delete shows OK and Cancel button

Describe the bug:
The button shows OK and Cancel, hence this button is not question, like Yes and No.

To reproduce:
Steps to reproduce behavior:

1. Select any files you want.
2. Press SHIFT+DELETE key button to permanent delete.
3. You will see the dialog shows Confirm File Delete or Confirm Folder Delete.
4. Press the Y key and N key, because this does not work at all.
5. See the button.

Expected Behavior:
The button should answer "Yes" and "No" button, instead "OK" and "Cancel",

See the attachments below. I tested two languages including Default language (English) and English (United Kingdom) that I made myself.

Environment and other (please complete the following information):
* 7-Zip version: Earlier versions such as 9.20. 9.38 and future version such as 22.01, 23.01 and 24.00-24.06.
* Operating System: Various, depends if I run Windows 7 and 10 v1803.

Additional Context:
The Confirm Delete dialog still appears OK and Cancel for some reason, I can't press Y to Yes button and N to No button. If you think this is a bug, please let me know if there are problem.

In the Windows Version (including from Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7 through 10 and 11), there always have Yes and No button for asking permanent delete or move to the Recycle Bin.
