1) archives can be different.
2) there is some program that shows these properties (it's not 7-zip program). And these programs can be different (different versions) on two computers.

Describe more details:
there is
user-1.
computer 1
windows version-1.
7-zip version-1.
that user-1 selects some files (what number of files?), selects some settings "what exact settings" and creates archive-1.
Then user looks properties with some way.
Then describe same things for user-2/computer-2.
Also open archive in 7-zip with "Open archive" operation.
And press "Info" button.

There is no option for "Deflate" method in "7z " archive type in
7-Zip.
So what way did you create that archive?
Create more examples (sfx and non-sfx), describe all selected settings.
We must see the number of files and number of blocks at least.

rar have the field for "solid" status in archive.
There is no such "solid field" in 7z archive.
7-Zip analyses the content, and detects "solid" status.
The archive with 1 solid file and archive iwth 1 non-solid file are identical.

It's not bug.
And that window is not provided by 7-Zip.
Some another program shows these properties for you.
wait, so its solid?
but my friend made a 7zip solid archive and it shows this for him:
1) archives can be different.
2) there is some program that shows these properties (it's not 7-zip program). And these programs can be different (different versions) on two computers.
I put it on my computer and it shows solid
what is "it" two times?
