I seem to be having a problem unzipping folders with "~" symbol in them. I have multiple folders with /~BROMIUM/ names. 7zip doesn't seem to be able to create these folders when the files are unzipped.
Please note that the path is long (more than 260 characters).
What is your system?
Is D: volume formated as NTFS?
Try more tests with shorter paths.
You can remove all files except one such long path folder, and test extracting again.
if it doesn't work, attach here that reduced small zip archive with one folder.
