#2420 Error Deleting File or Folder

Hi.
There is a file (html) created by one of the add-ons for Firefox (https://github.com/gildas-lormeau/SingleFile) that is a saved page of a website and essentially contains an SFX zip.
When I'm trying to delete some files from this file, 7-zip show me the following error: 

Error Deleting File or Folder
Operation is not supported.
F:\7-Zip _ Bugs - sourceforge.net (01-11-2023 3_25_41 PM).html
Read-only

At the same time WinRAR performs this function without any problems.
Is there a way to fix this issue?

    7-Zip blocks update operations for sfx-zip, bacause
    we are not sure for 100% that we can correctly update it.

      Is it possible to give the user a choice of such an option as working with sfx-zip?

    I apologize, I'm not entirely sure about what "Attachments have changed" means. Do I need to send another file, but packed in such a way that it cannot be altered during transmission?
