The zip files are made by 7-zip with comparession
method: Deflate64 or BZip2.

WinRar/WinZip can't extract them.

I use WinRar3.2 and WinZip8.0 to test.

What's the matter????

Bzip2 compression is a 7zip-specific extension of the zip
standard. I kow of no other tools supporting it.

Deflate64 has been created by PkWare (PkZIP) a while ago,
but WinZIP has added support for it only in version 9.0

Winzip 9.0 supports extraction (but not compression) of bzip2-
compressed zip files.

Actually, PKZIP 6.0 added support for bzip2 compression for
creating zip files.
